Rug handwoven & upcycled in an elaborate loop design

The raw material consists of upcycled textile fibers from the textile industry, which would actually end up in a landfill. We use this unused and robust material not only to help reduce waste, but also to produce products with individual design and functional use in a resource-saving manner.

Process

Our rugs are woven on human-powered wooden looms with traditional crafts techniques in the north of Portugal. Small variations in shape or color are characteristics of unique and honest craftsmanship.
